We've had our own merchant account for processing credit cards for over 10 years. However, the fees for processing have steadily increased over the years to the point where it's no longer feasible.
As of March 1, 2010, we're accepting Paypal, checks/money orders via snailmail and Google checkout.
If these payment methods don't work for you, PLEASE drop us an email and let us know. We won't find another card processing method unless we know there's a problem!

We want to make it as easy for you to order our Luminaries as possible. Following are the Payment Methods we accept:
Our shopping cart includes a link to Google Checkout to make your payment. Our parent company is Ealain Draoi and payments will show that name.
Our shopping cart includes a link that will take you to Paypal to make payment. It should take your directly to our payment page, our Paypal account is under the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Personal Checks and Money Orders
If you wish to pay by check or money order, please still fill out the shopping cart order form! There will be an option there to pay by check/mo. Our mailing address is there also.
You will need to add $7.00 per luminary for shipping costs, if you are ordering more than 2, please let us know and we'll give you a more exact shipping cost.
It is: Ealain Draoi, P.O. Box 208, Minot, ME 04258. Shipments paid by check may be held until the check clears, usually 7-10 days.
International Orders:We're glad to accept International Orders - please see additional information in our Shipping Information Section. Payments accepted for international orders include: Paypal, Google Checkout, Postal Money Orders in US funds.
We ask if there is ever a problem, you let us know and give us a chance to fix it.
We ship USPS with delivery confirmation, if there is an issue with delivery, we will provide you with the tracking number and ask you to call your own post office with that number. Post Masters have access to more detail in delivery confirmation than we do.
If we have made a mistake, you need to do nothing. We will reship at our cost.
1. Personalized Items can not be returned. If there is an error, we'll correct it. If you're ordering a large amount of luminaries and aren't sure they're what you want, please ask us to ship a sample (not free!)
2. Other than personalized luminaries, you can return any to the address listed, for any reason within 30 days. Shipping costs are not refunded.
With so many different luminaries we can't keep everything in stock, all the time. Sometimes we have to make the luminary just for you. 90% of our orders are recieved within 2 weeks.
If you need a luminary by a certain date, we encourage you to note that date in the comments section of our web cart. If we CANNOT meet your date, we'll let you know. For orders of 50 or more pieces, we really need a month's notice so that we can plan around our regular orders.
